Fascination Street

This post is mostly for Facebook readers.  Mostly.  

              I am restructuring my social networks.  

The truth is, ubiquitous as FB has become, there are writerly connections here who have no interest in grainy family photos, and on the other hand, friends and family who don't understand and are quite frankly scared at the latest zombie erotica book one of my compatriots edited.  And yes, that's real and not a 'crazy example.'  

And that's the point.

Our lives have become so immersed in these forums that it is probably a good idea to stop and take stock.  

What is my goal here?  What do I intent to accomplish?

The Brandon Bell facebook page will remain, but I intend to use it less.  I hope you'll 'like' the Fantastique Unfettered & Aether Age  Facebook pages that will remain and we'll keep updating those.

• Google+ seems to fit all my needs and is a great, pared-down replacement for Facebook, or a more robust twitter.  Join me on Google+!  I can send you an invite if you want it and you have all month to ask.  My Google+ has a circle for 'friends' and that will be a place to hang out and talk as adults without sharing stuff that is maybe not 'for mass consumption.'  If you and I haven't connected big time, but this sounds like fun, hit me up!  I'm talkin' to you!  The intention is not to lose contact, but to make my life more sane.
